Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the earbuds are in their original condition, including all packaging, charging cables, and silicone tips, to qualify for a successful inspection.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a secure reverse pickup from your registered address at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 48 hours.
